Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were much smaller than expected, with no balconies and lacking basic amenities like a tissue box and towels, unlike the pictures online. On the positive side, the balcony offered a stunning view.
I loved the hotel's central location within walking distance of the old town and main historical sights. The room size was impressive, but unfortunately not as described since there was no balcony and it was quite small. The service was exceptional, with special thanks to Hasan for being welcoming and supportive. The dining experience was a bit limited, although breakfast was appreciated. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The Executive Suite I booked was big and clean, offering a cozy atmosphere despite facing inwards. The service was exceptional with the staff being incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay, special thanks to Hasan for going above and beyond to assist me. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the old town and all major historical sites. On the downside, the dining experience was not up to par, as the breakfast spread was quite poor.
The room was lovely and comfortable, but small; unfortunately, it didn't match the pictures from the website. There were no balconies and lacked a tissue box. I had to ask for towels at the reception.
The hotel is located within hearing distance of a nightclub that lasted until 4 AM, so it might not be ideal for light sleepers. The rooms are small, different from the pictures, and lack balconies and basic amenities like tissue boxes and towels. However, they were big and clean. The service was superb in fixing issues but be cautious of potential scams. The location is great for exploring Baku, close to main attractions and Nizami Street. The dining options were not very varied, and the floor had a smell of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking area. Despite some drawbacks, the overall stay was comfortable and satisfactory.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and huge, although the spotted carpet and sofa were a bit off-putting. The service was a mix of helpfulness and occasional lapses in professionalism, especially with housekeeping. The location was ideal for exploring the old town and historic sights, but the noise from a nearby nightclub was a drawback. The dining options were varied and delicious, but with limited vegetarian choices. The facilities overall were good, but there were a couple of minor issues.
I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect size of the rooms, which were large enough to accommodate my family of four. The clean and quiet atmosphere exceeded my expectations. However, the lackluster view was a downside, but the hotel's central location made up for it.
The hotel is ideally located near the main shopping area in Baku, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were smaller than expected and lacked certain amenities, but the hotel staff were quick to address any issues. The dining options were limited, and the smell of cigarettes on the non-smoking floor was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not as spacious as advertised, lacking balconies and basic amenities like a tissue box, but they were clean and user-friendly. The service, particularly from Mr Farid and Munir, was exceptional, though there were attempts to scam me. The location was convenient for sightseeing but suffered from noise pollution. The dining options were limited, and the non-smoking floor still had a cigarette smell. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel offers super-size rooms with perfect huge space but can be a bit dark. The service staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant. The location is perfect for exploring the lovely Old Town and Fountain Square area, being close to all necessary shops and restaurants. The dining experience could improve with more food options and better service.
